Waivers: ATHLETES, PARENTS & COACHES
In lieu of individual consent/waiver forms it is inferred that by registering and paying for your
athlete the parent(s) of the registered athlete are consenting to have their child participate
in the Winter Cup 2025 and that in the event of an emergency, they authorize medical
treatment as required.
It is understood that whenever possible the parent will be contacted and informed of the
problem/treatment and diagnosis. The parent(s) understand that certified first aid 
attendants will be present and available during all competition times and that all possible 
safety precautions will be taken by Peaks Gymnastics and our volunteers to keep 
competitors safe. However, in consideration of the registration and payment for registration 
for the Winter Cup the parent(s) waive and release all rights and claims for damages which 
they may have or which may hereafter accrue to them against Peaks Gymnastics Club, the
owners and/or operators of the facility in which the said invitational is being held, and any 
of their employees, agents, or assigns in respect to injuries which the athlete sustains in 
the course of participation in the said invitational including activities not directly related to 
competing therein, and travel to or from the said facility.

In addition, in lieu of individual Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy 
Act forms this year it is also inferred that by registering and paying for your athletes the 
parent(s) of the athlete are consenting to allow sounds and images (video and still) pictures 
to be published or aired in a variety of locations, including audio tapings on television, radio 
and newspaper, as well as Peaks Gymnastics social media, website and publications.

Refunds:
Refunds will be provided only in the instance of an Injury and must be
accompanied by a doctor's note.

Medical: 

Emergency medical services will be available on-site during all competition
sessions.

Equipment:
SA Equipment for all WAG events. Floor, high bar, vault for interclub Boys.

Awards:
CCP 1, Xcel Bronze and CCP 2 (under 7 ) will receive Score Cards with Gold, Silver, and
Bronze Ribbons, Medals given for all around.
CCP 2 ( over 7) CCP 3- 8 will be ranked with ribbons and medals
Performance/Interclub: Comment Cards and an all-around medal

Registered gymnasts and coaches have free admission for all events.
Please note that parents are not permitted on the competition floor.

CONCESSION:
We will have a concession at the facility with snacks and drinks.

COACHES & JUDGES ROOM
A room will be provided for the coaches and judges. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will
be provided each day
